Las respuestas automáticas de rechazo y los cierres por parte del servicio de atención al cliente

LO QUE DEMUESTRA ESTA SECCIÓN 

Este repositorio recoge capturas de pantalla originales conservadas en 137 y recursos de las víctimas auditados en 1,505, en los que se detalla la gestión automatizada de los tickets de asistencia de Valve. Demuestra que, cuando las cuentas se ven comprometidas mediante la redirección de OpenID o la generación no autorizada de claves API, el servicio de asistencia de Steam recurre sistemáticamente a respuestas estándar de denegación sin realizar ninguna investigación técnica. Al rechazar categóricamente la restauración de artículos o la divulgación de los registros de auditoría, la plataforma traslada toda la responsabilidad por los fallos estructurales de autenticación a los titulares de las cuentas comprometidas.

Valve Afirma, en sus campañas de marketing y en los mensajes de los foros, que aplica un régimen de control activo para proteger la seguridad de los usuarios. En la práctica, las víctimas de suplantación de cuentas, estafas de redireccionamiento del tipo «API» y vaciamiento automatizado de existencias se topan con un sistema institucionalizado de rechazo basado en «copiar y pegar» que cierra las incidencias sin que se realice ninguna investigación por parte de una persona.

Exactamente una semana antes de que Valve impusiera su polémico periodo de espera de 7-para el intercambio de objetos de Counter-Strike, la comunidad de intercambiadores descubrió los primeros casos reales de la **Steam Vulnerabilidad de redireccionamiento en el servicio «API»**. Los atacantes secuestraron sesiones web para generar una clave no autorizada de «API» en `steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey` sin la confirmación de «2» (FA) de Mobile, lo que permite a los bots cancelar e intercambiar operaciones en tiempo real.
